Job Description:
Bank of Baroda is seeking a Call Center Agent to act as the bridge between the company and its current/potential customers. The successful candidate will take ownership of resolving customer issues, handling complaints, and addressing inquiries while prioritizing customer satisfaction in every decision and interaction.

Job-Specific Skills:
Applicants should possess the following attributes:
Work Experience:
- Freshers & 6 months of experience working in the Banking domain are preferred.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in English and Hindi language (mandatory to cater to international clients).
- Understanding of Industry Contact Centre Technology.
Behavioral Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Eye for detail with the ability to identify potential failure modes.
- Analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Good interpersonal skills.
Educational Qualification:
Graduation from a recognized educational institution in India/Overseas.
