Situated at the World Trade Centre (WTC) in GIFT City, the newly established branch features an ATM equipped with a cash recycler machine (CRM), enabling convenient deposits and withdrawals for customers. The primary aim of ICICI Bank in setting up this branch is to cater to retail customers and provide financial services to various institutions, including schools, hospitals, and businesses located within the DTA area.

The branch inauguration event was overseen by Tapan Ray, who serves as the Managing Director and Group CEO of GIFT City, and was attended by Rakesh Jha, the Executive Director of ICICI Bank. This development marks a significant milestone in the banking sector, with ICICI Bank being the first private sector bank to establish a presence in the Domestic Tariff Area at GIFT City.
