Big Announcement In Gujarat Budget 2024: 

Finance Minister Kanu Desai has presented the Budget with the dream of Garvi, Green, and Gunavant Gujarat. Big decisions have also been taken for the development of Ahmedabad in the budget. Accordingly, a decision has been taken to increase the length of the Ahmedabad riverfront. This riverfront will extend from Ahmedabad to Gandhinagar. The riverfront is to be extended up to Gandhinagar Gift City.  

38.2 km long riverfront will be made in

this budget, many big announcements have been made for the development of Gujarat tourism. A decision has been taken to increase the length of the Ahmedabad riverfront. The riverfront will extend to Gandhinagar and its length will be 38.2 km. 11.2 km of work has been completed in Phase 1 of this project, while 5.5 km of work is in progress in Phase 2. In Phase III, developing a 5 km long riverfront in front of Gift City will be started soon. 

Sabarmati Riverfront will become the longest riverfront in the world

The Gujarat government has now taken a historic decision to extend the riverfront continuously from Ahmedabad to Gandhinagar. As part of this decision, the riverfront area will be developed from Indira Bridge to Gandhinagar under Phase-4 and Phase-5. After this, the total length of the riverfront will be 38.2 km. After which it will become the longest riverfront in the world.  

Special Announcement for Gift City

A special provision has been made in the budget for Gift City. Gift City will be developed into Plant Green City by expanding 961 to 3300 acres. Gift City will be established as a city of dreams. Vank to work new work plaque community concept will be cooperation. A fintech hub will be set up at Gift City, for which a provision of Rs 52 crore has been made. A provision of 100 crores has been made for the operation of Sabarmati Riverfront Development near Gandhinagar Gift City.
